At Move Up Support Services, our mission is to be the beacon of holistic care and empowerment for our community. We stand committed to fostering a caring approach where every participants unique abilities are recognised and supported. Our dedicated team combines expertise with compassion, working tirelessly to support the growth, development, and happiness of each participant under our care.  

Our 3 core values are, movement, community engagement and honesty, these values are at the center of all of the support across services we provide.

Move Up has a range of Support Workers, we aim to match your interests with a Support Worker that has similar interests.

Founded in 2020, by William Wheeler. 

Will has a wide range of experience spanning over 10 years in the care industry. Will has worked in child protection, disability, homelessness and psychosocial service settings. 

Some of the jobs Will had prior to starting Move Up included but were not limited to, working at Youth 110 with homeless youth. Working at Baptist Care across a wide range of management positions such as a senior support worker, a roster coordinator, a short term care and disability placement coordinator, working in the stabilization and transition team for boys in care who were planning to live independently, working as a community support coordinator predominately back in those days with psychosocial participants.

As Will branched off on his own he recruited a team of like minded individuals to help build a service that reflected his core values in movement, community and honesty.

Move Up Support Services takes pride in offering a comprehensive range of personalised services designed to cater to the diverse needs of each participant to ensure a seamless and supportive daily life experience. Our expert mentoring programs provide individualised guidance, fostering personal growth and development. We go beyond the ordinary by assisting with day-to-day activities, including grocery shopping, running errands, assistance with travel / attendance to appointments and community events, outdoor activities and camping. Engaging in nature hikes and facilitating gaming groups are just a glimpse of our efforts to encourage social interaction and build lasting connections. Our commitment extends to providing a variety of services that not only meet the unique requirements of each participant but also contribute to a holistic approach aimed at enhancing their overall well-being. At Move Up, we are dedicated to creating a supportive community where every participant can thrive.
